Product Details:

Harvested in our fields in Barshi, Maharashtra, our fresh Jowar grains are first put into a grain cleaning machine where unwanted particles are eliminated. With an eye for detail, nothing goes unseen in our grain cleaning process.Our grain steamer then gives our finely polished grains a warm welcome as they are further steamed to perfection.The warmly steamed grains are then given special passes for a breezy rejuvenating ride in our grain dryer as they are then air-dried for a short while. The Jowar grains are further given a more sophisticated avatar as they are then transformed into flat flakes.Transferred into our flakes roasting drum, the grains are then taken for a quick spin, till they get that beautiful fine crunch.

Finally, we seal this beautiful journey in our neatly sealed packet of fresh jowar flakes as we continue to spread good health and happiness all around us!

The warmly steamed grains are then given special passes for a breezy rejuvenating ride in our grain dryer as they are then air-dried for a short while.
